There is a new way to order Advancements and Uniforms
You can now order from the Voyageurs Area Council Scout Shop using our Online ordering system. To use, click on the link. There you can select from the awards order form or the uniform order form. You make your selections, choose this store and fill in details, including whether you would like your order to be picked up at the store or shipped.
Scout Shop Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase at our Scout Shop.
Cash back cannot be provided without a receipt. Only even exchanges or Scout Shop Gift Card can be issued if no receipt is presented.
Money returned to the customer must be returned in the manner and original price in which the merchandise was bought (cash, bankcard, credit card, etc.).
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within the 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, accidents, fire, flood or natural disaster
- Products showing excess wear and tear
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated
